• Dual pedestal base and guide arm design, structurally reinforced.
• Sealed swivel union requires minimum torque and assures smooth hose retraction and full flow.
• Five-in-one heat treated aluminium casting incorporates main shaft, ratchet, spring arbor and inlet/outlet plumbing
• in one piece casting.

Series D80000 - 3/4”, 1” I.D .

Reelcraft’s newest Series D80000 OLP spring retractable reels incorporate the most current design and manufacturing techniques to guarantee long life and trouble-free performance.

All-steel construction and a baked-on powder coat finish combine to produce a rugged corrosion resistant product suitable for a wide variety of heavy duty applications.

Series D80000 reels are also supplied with Reelcraft’s new ball-bearing style swivel.

NEW SWIVEL FEATURES

1. Sealed ball bearing design reduces load and minimizes wear
2. Full flow design minimizes pressure drop
3. Zinc plated for additional corrosion resistance.
4. Four seal options, AFLAS (std), Buna, Viton ® or EPR
5. Temperature range: -20° F (-29° C) to 250° F (121° C)

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

1. Dual pedestal and dual guide arm support
2. Five-in-one aluminum casting. A unique one-piece aluminum casting that incorporates the main shaft, latch ratchet, spring arbor, gooseneck outlet and swivel inlet
3. Containerized spring assembly. Provides safe and easy handling during maintenance
4. Hose anti-latch out feature prevents the hose from latching out when fully extended
5. Two sealed ball bearings for smooth rotation of main shaft
